Dr. Sonilla Majeed, MD

Founder, Medical Director.

At the heart of Lakefield Cosmetics is Dr. Sonilla Majeed, whose passion for medical aesthetics is rooted in a belief that true confidence comes from feeling comfortable in your own skin.

With a thoughtful, patient-centred approach, Dr. Majeed combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to create natural-looking results that enhance rather than change what makes you uniquely you.

Her philosophy goes beyond aesthetics, focusing on individualized and comprehensive care, patient education, and long-term skin health. As Founder and Medical Director, she has cultivated a welcoming space where every patient feels heard, valued, and confident in their care.

Nurse Mattie, RPN

Aesthetics Injector

Hey! My name is Mattie and I am the Nurse Injector here at LC. I love making people feel confident in their own skin by enhancing natural features. I believe in all the procedures and products we offer here and enjoy creating a plan alongside my clients that suits their needs, budget and will harvest amazing results. Let’s collaborate, and develop something perfect for you.

Outside of work I enjoy a lot of extracurricular sports and activities. I enjoy music as well and can play the piano (a bit) and guitar!

Nurse Megan, RPN

Aesthetics Injector

Hi, I’m Megan, a Registered Practical Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse Injector. My nursing background includes emergency, mental health, correctional nursing, and medical aesthetics, giving me experience caring for people across a variety of clinical environments and helping shape a calm, thoughtful, and patient centred approach to care.

I’ve spent the past several years working in medical aesthetics and have developed a passion for natural, balanced results through individualized treatment planning and full face rejuvenation. My goal is to enhance each client’s natural features, restore balance where needed, and create results that feel refined, harmonious, and confidence building.

I believe aesthetic medicine should feel collaborative, never rushed. I want every client to feel comfortable asking questions, understand their options, and feel confident in the plan we create together. Safety, education, and natural results are always at the centre of my practice.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my daughter, family and friends, getting outside and staying active, and of course, hanging with my pup. I’ll also take any excuse to get dressed up.

Dayna

Office Manager | Certified Medical Aesthetician

Hi, I’m Dayna, the Office Manager at Lakefield Cosmetics. I bring both leadership and hands-on medical aesthetics experience to help ensure every client and provider has a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish.

I’m a trained Medical Aesthetician with experience in a dermatology clinic, and after spending time out west in Alberta, I was excited to return home to Ontario and rejoin the aesthetics world with this incredible team. I believe in natural, effective results, investing in good skincare, consistent skin-rejuvenating treatments, and never skipping SPF… or your 3-month Botox appointment. Helping clients feel confident, informed, and happy in their skin is what I love most.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my dog, family, and friends, alternating between cozy sweats and dress-up dinners, exploring new places, and drinking far too much coffee.

Mya

Medical Office Assistant

With a background rooted in primary healthcare and polished with guest services, Mya brings the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth to our front desk. She understands the importance of detail, efficiency, and compassion—skills that make her an amazing fit for supporting both our clients face-to-face and our behind-the-scenes operations. The result? A smoother, more seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Outside the clinic, Mya is just as vibrant—she’s a proud pet parent to 3 cats and a dog and loves spending her free time painting, sewing and playing bass guitar.

Chantel

Receptionist

Hi, I’m Chantel. I moved to Canada in December 2025 to be with my Canadian fiancé, but I’m originally from the UK- Cambridge, England.

I’ve almost always worked within beauty and skincare, and have had the opportunity to work with some incredible brands over the years, including Gucci, Marc Jacobs, and Dior. Joining Lakefield Cosmetics has been an exciting step in both my personal and professional journey, and I’m thrilled to be part of such an inspiring team.

Travel has always been one of my biggest passions! I love exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and making memories through every adventure.

I’m also a huge Disney fan, and in 2023 I was able to move to Florida for a year to work as a cast member at Walt Disney World. I was able to create special memories for families all across the world and have some of the greatest experiences and opportunities.
